Worth. Every. Penny. My husband and I have (so far) purchased a chef’s knife and a santoku. Both were custom orders with etchings on the blade. We are so incredibly happy with our knives! Not only are they beautifully crafted, but they have great utility in the kitchen and are a joy to use. I love these knives because I am proud to have them on display, and functionally they are superb. The NKCO owners were incredibly accommodating, catering to my special requests and producing exactly what I was hoping for. We will definitely be purchasing more.

"We purchased our very first Nelson Knife Co. knife from the Everett Farmer's Market this past summer, and have been thoroughly impressed. We love our NKCO slicer! It holds an edge very well, and it's not hard to see that it's made with high quality stainless steel. The handle is made with "two-toned" wood and is quite handsome the way it blends functionality and design. It's by far the nicest knife we own. We'll definitely be adding more to our collection. And as a final touch, the packaging is perfect. Thank you, NKCO!"

"Every aspect of the knives is of the highest quality. The steel holds a great edge, the hardwood handle is modern, but comfortable to hold for a long meal prep session, and the blade shape is handy for all tasks. The design is unique and beautiful. The best part is knowing how much Nelson Knife Co. cares about their products, and it shows through the attention to detail and handmade quality of these knives!"

"I LOVE my knife and I was very excited to be the winner of your contest. I use it all the time and it is my new favorite "go to" knife. The wood and blade has great craftsmanship. It has a good feel in the hand to cut with."

I have had my Nelson Knife Co. cleaver for about a month and it’s the first knife I reach for whether I am chopping sweet potatoes, melons or meat. It slices through tough food without much effort on my part. The grip is perfect for my hand and the balance is great. Love it!!!
